Refund policy

Please makes sure that all requests for returns or refunds are made within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

If your order arrives with defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. Take a photograph of the items and email them to us at info@radlmannfamilyranch.com. Upon receiving the pictures, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note that gift cards and personalized items, such as custom or wholesale orders, are considered final sales.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you are welcome to return any unopened and unused items at your own expense within 30 days from the shipment date. Be sure to retain the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@radlmannfamilyranch.com. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund for their value. If freebie items were included as part of a tiered pricing offer, any returned items that affect the tiered pricing will be adjusted with a prorated amount.
